ABOUT US

“SAMANGA” (sama-anga) a sanskrit term which means equilibrium of all body constituents, here constituents stands for panchamahabhootha, dhathu (various tissue elements) or even the body parts. The term also stands as a synonym of a plant – “MUKKUTTI” – Biophytum sensitivum, one among the 10 holy plants related to land culture of Kerala.

Obesity is defined as body weight above a desirable standard, as a result of lack of physical activity with increased intake of food.

Constipation is the passing of hard dry bowel motions (Stools) that may be infrequent or difficult to pass.

Insomnia is the difficulty in initiating or maintaining sleep. Chronic insomnia is when a person has sleep disturbance for minimum of three nights a week for a month or longer.
